In accordance with point 22 of the Regulations for the Registration and Operation of Student Scientific Clubs (SSC) at the Medical University of Warsaw, all registered SSCs are required to update their contact details annually.
As of 31 October 2025, a new system for updating information in the SSC Register has been launched. It consists of two components:
- SSC Presidents are required to submit an online update form (which replaces the former Microsoft Word form) between 31 October 2025 and 9 November 2025;
- SSC Members will register centrally — for all SSCs of which they are members — using a separate form available between 12 November 2025 and 21 November 2025.
Subsequently, by 24 November 2025, the documents will be sent to the respective SSCs for approval in PDF format to the email address provided in the form.
The following authentication methods are accepted (choose one):
- printing the files, then signing them by hand, stamping, and submitting scanned copies;
- attaching an electronic signature to the files and sending them electronically (preferred method).
Approved files must be submitted no later than 30 November 2025 to the following addresses:
- Student Scientific Society (SSS): rejestr-skn@wum.edu.pl;
- Office for Education Organisation and Student Affairs: malgorzata.ordyniak@wum.edu.pl.

Phase completed. If, as the President of the SSC, you have not sent the SSC data update form on time, please send an e-mail urgently to: rejestr-skn@wum.edu.pl. Otherwise, it will not be possible to register members for your SSC!

The Member Registration Form will be available between 12 November 2025 and 21 November 2025.
