The Student Scientific Society of the Medical University of Warsaw may grant its patronage to initiatives that fulfil all of the following conditions:
1. the (co-)organiser is the Student Scientific Society of the Medical University of Warsaw or the event is held for the benefit of the student scientific movement at the Medical University of Warsaw;
2. they are consistent with the objectives of the STN (see § 6 of the STN Statutes).
A representative of the organiser interested in obtaining the patronage of the STN shall submit an application by e-mail to the STN at the latest 30 days before the event; applications are processed on an ongoing basis.
Please note that granting patronage is separate from the provision of funding for the organisation of a conference and vice versa.
